The model,
step by step.
We never send a cleaner and disappear. Every contract runs through the same six-stage process — the one thing every person at Elyriq Nova is expected to understand.
We sign the corporate client
We approach a hospital, a bank, a hotel, or a corporate office, and present our standards and track record. On agreement, we sign a cleaning services contract specifying scope, frequency, pricing, and quality expectations. The client now has one company to call — us.
We source the right cleaning partner
We don't perform the physical cleaning ourselves. We go into our network of vetted cleaning companies and independent professionals and match a partner by location, capacity, expertise, and track record.
We brief and onboard the partner
Before any cleaning begins, we hand the partner the Elyriq Nova standard — the checklist for that space, our code of conduct, dress code, reporting process, and consequences for missed standards. They work under our name.
We manage and inspect
Once live, our job is quality control and client management: scheduled and surprise inspections, client feedback loops, and complaint resolution before it becomes a problem. Underperformance is corrected or the partner is replaced.
We invoice and settle
The client pays Elyriq Nova — one invoice, every month. We pay our cleaning partner from that fee. The margin between the two is how we generate revenue without owning equipment or employing cleaners directly.
We retain and expand
A satisfied client renews and refers. Over time we build a portfolio of retainer contracts across Lagos, then Abuja, then Port Harcourt, then nationwide — every new city is simply a new cleaning partner, managed from the centre.
Every corporate cleaning arrangement in Nigeria fails the same five ways.
Unreliable cleaners
They miss shifts, arrive late, do a poor job and disappear — with no one held accountable.
No professional standard
Cleaning is done differently every time depending on who shows up. No checklist, no routine, no system.
Too many vendors
A company with five branches often runs five different cleaning arrangements — all inconsistent, all a headache.
No accountability structure
When something goes wrong — theft, damage, a missed area — there is no contract, no process, no one responsible.
Cleaning as an afterthought
Companies default to the cheapest option, with no regard for brand reputation or hygiene standards — until something goes wrong.
Elyriq Nova solves all of it in one contract. One accountable company. One clear standard. One invoice.
