Sustainability, for us, starts with the model itself: an asset-light network that avoids duplicated equipment, and a documentation-first standard that lets us hold both product use and partner treatment to account.
An asset-light footprint
We don't run a fleet of vehicles or a central equipment depot for every contract. Cleaning partners operate locally, which means less duplicated equipment and less unnecessary transport per site.
Responsible product use
Our checklists specify the right product and dosage for each surface and space — reducing overuse of chemicals and disinfectants to what a job actually requires.
Fair terms for our network
Every cleaning partner works under a signed agreement with clear scope and payment terms. Vetting and briefing exist to protect standards on both sides of the contract — not just the client's.

Because every contract runs on a documented checklist, our inspection process can verify responsible practice on site, not just cleanliness outcomes.
As our network grows, we intend to formalise supplier standards for eco-conscious products, publish partner welfare commitments, and track water and product usage per contract. This page will be updated as those commitments become measurable, not before.
